    By enrolling in services with Bucket List Consulting, LLC , the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

    Third-Party Software Fee: The Client understands that the $27.99 fee is charged by a third-party software provider and is separate from any monthly service fee charged by the Company for credit repair services. This fee is not controlled by the Company and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

    No Refund Policy: All fees paid to Bucket List Consulting, LLC, including but not limited to setup fees, monthly service fees, and any other charges, are non-refundable once services have been rendered or initiated.

    No Guarantee of Results: The client acknowledges that credit repair outcomes are not guaranteed. Results may vary based on the accuracy of information reported, the responsiveness of creditors and credit bureaus, and the Client’s individual financial behavior and credit history.

    Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to the following, Promptly provide the Bucket List Consulting, LLC with any and all correspondence received from creditors, credit bureaus, or collection agencies; maintain timely payments on all current obligations; refrain from applying for new credit, closing accounts, or taking any action that may negatively impact their credit profile without prior consultation; act in good faith and not engage in any activity that may hinder, delay, or interfere with the credit repair process.


    Limitation of Liability: Bucket List Consulting, LLC shall not be held liable for any negative impact on the client’s credit profile resulting from the client’s failure to adhere to the above responsibilities or from actions taken by creditors, credit bureaus, or third parties.
