The down payment is
non-refundable.
All payments must be made on or before the listed due dates.
Payment reminders will be sent out 14 days prior to the first of each month.
Payments exceeding the required amount are accepted at any time; however, scheduled payments must be met by the due dates.
Failure to make payments may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
Final payments must be complted by the listed due date to secure travel accomodations.
All bookings are subject to supplier terms and conditions (see Booking and Important Details email for supplier links).
Travel insurance is
strongly recommended.

for supplier changes, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances.
