TEAM CONTRACT

• The team and players agree to abide by all League rules and regulations, including but not limited to player behavior, game conduct, and the sportsmanship standards established by the League.
• 
  All players must wear appropriate uniforms, which are consistent with the League's guidelines.
• 
  The League reserves the right to remove any player or team that violates the Code of Conduct.

• Entry Fee: The team agrees to pay an entry fee to participate in the League. This fee covers registration, and facility use.

• Each player must sign a waiver of liability, acknowledging that they are physically fit and capable of participating in basketball activities.
• 
  The player agrees to commit to attending scheduled games to the best of their ability. If a player cannot attend a scheduled game, the team representative must inform the League in advance.

• Games will be scheduled at the discretion of the League. A full schedule of games will be provided prior to the start of the season.
• 
  Locations for games will be disclosed at the start of the season.

• The entry fee is non-refundable except in the case of League cancellation or extraordinary circumstances as determined by the League committee.
• 
  In the event of a game cancellation, the League will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

• The team and players agree to indemnify and hold harmless the League, its employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the League.

By signing below, the team representative and player(s) agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
