To ensure compliance, partners are advised to seek independent legal advice from qualified professionals. The City of Victor Harbor nor Business Victor Harbor will be held responsible for any breach of the Competition and Consumer Act by a Brand Partner. Brand Partners are also responsible for upholding the Victor Harbor Brand in an ethical manner and must therefore refrain from using it to endorse or be associated with any political matter, candidates or unlawful activities.
