Vehicle Information

Fees for all cars selling in our Collector Car Sale are as follows:

UNRESERVED: Selling fees of 5%

RESERVED: Selling fees of 10%

If you choose to sell your car with a reserve price, please indicate the reserve price on the line below. Minimum seller fee is $300.00 per lot. If your car is 1981 and newer, a Carfax report is required, and consignor is responsible for the $75 Carfax fee.

Descriptions

The long description is where you can get into the details of your car. It can include restoration information, expenditures, major facets, modifications, history, awards, and anything else you feel will add to the selling power of your vehicle. This information may be used in marketing materials and parts may be read by the auctioneers when the car is selling through the block.  Include details from your short description and include engine sizes, transmission sizes etc. if you see fit.  Remember, the potential buyer of your car will be reading this thoroughly so make sure you include all relevant information that can be supported with paperwork.

Terms:

Paperwork: You must provide a copy of Title of Documentation with this consignment form.
Photos: Please provide a MAXIMUM of 10 photos of your vehicle (sent to our email – info@coast2coastauctions.ca). MUST INCLUDE A PHOTO OF THE VIN.
Auction times: Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions does not have set times that vehicles will be crossing
the block, and at our discretion lots may be moved and altered at any time.
Consignment terms: If Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions receives all appropriate information, photos, paperwork and entry fee we will continue to the market list and advertise your vehicle. If after this point you wish to withdraw the vehicle from the auction, you will be subject to any advertising/handling/clean fees. All other advertising by the seller must be discontinued at time of consignment.
Vehicle drop off Dates: July 9-12 from 9:00am-5:00pm
*Vehicles must be on site by the end of day Sunday July 12 by 5:00pm.

Please note: If your car does not sell, pickup date will be Tuesday July 21, 2026

Indemnity

The undersigned Consigner hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, release, remise and forever discharge Euro Auctions and/or Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions and any and all affiliate companies, directors, officers, employees and independent contractors from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities,actions, proceedings, suits, debts, judgments, obligations, payments or demands, of every nature and kind whatsoever, both in law and in
equity, and all legal and other costs of any action whatsoever, arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with the consignment of the undersigned Consigner’s vehicle to Coast2Coast Collector Car Auctions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Consignment Declaration.

In addition, the undersigned Consigner hereby covenants and agrees not to make any demands or bring any action against Coast2CoastCollector Car Auctions with respect to the consignment of the undersigned Consigner’s vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Consignment Declaration. The undersigned consigner hereby acknowledges and agrees that the undersigned has read this document carefully and has complete knowledge and understanding of its contents.
