Wednesday 8 October - Friday 10 October 2025

C3 New Hope will be hosting its 2025 Future Youth Camp at Youthworks Shoalhaven Centre.

Please take the time to read the activity details below and fill out the consent form and payment details on the following pages to give consent for your child to travel and participate in the event. Every person travelling and attending must have a signed consent form by their parent or legal guardian, or they will not be allowed travel/attend.

Activity: Youth camp, including activities & travel.

Dates: Wednesday 8 October - Friday 10 October 2025

Departure Time: Arrive at 1:30pm Wednesday 8 October 2025

Return Time: 3:30pm, Friday 10 October 2025

Departure/Return Location: C3 New Hope Mount Annan, 347 Narellan Road Currans Hill NSW 2567.

Travelling To: Youthworks Shoalhaven Centre, 439 Koloona Dr, West Cambewarra NSW 2540

Travel Arrangements: Chartered bus or mini-bus driven by licensed driver.

Accommodation Arrangements: Separated male & female onsite cabins.

Meal Arrangements: All meals are included in the cost of the camp.

Swimming Consent

In order for your child/young person to participate in swimming and pool activities at Future Youth's Spring Camp from 8 - 10 October 2025, please provide your consent below.

The pool will be supervised at all times by a hired lifeguard.

I, the legal parent/guardian, give permission for my child/attendee to participate in swimming and pool activities at C3 New Hope’s Future Youth Spring Camp, on the 8 - 10 October 2025

Non-Swimmer: child is not allowed to participate in swimming/pool activities.

Weak Swimmer: child is not confident in swimming abilities and should remain in the shallow end of the pool. These children will have an identifier in the pool (e.g. green wristband).

Confident Swimmer: child is an independent swimmer. These children will have a different coloured identifier in the pool (e.g. blue wristband).

I, the legal parent/guardian, give permission for my child, the participant, to participate in the above named activity details.

I understand that:
- C3 New Hope is not responsible or liable for any injuries or incidents associated with participating in activities or whilst travelling to and from C3 New Hope.
- Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors at all times.
- Failure of a participant to follow instructions will require the parent or legal guardian to pick up their child from the venue. In this event, I understand that the participant will not be able to complete the remainder of the activity, and no refunds will be issued.
- I understand that if a participant becomes ill and needs to go home, parents or legal guardians nominated on this form are responsible to pick up their child from the venue.
I agree that in the event of the Participant being involved in an accident, becoming ill, or otherwise requiring medical treatment or care, C3 New Hope or its personnel, volunteers or supervisors may, in their absolute discretion, obtain medical treatment or an ambulance for the participant and that I must pay all expenses incurred in obtaining such medical treatment or care.

I hereby indemnify C3 New Hope and each of its personnel, volunteers & supervisors against any and all losses, costs, damages, expenses and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) sustained or incurred by C3 New Hope or any of its personnel, volunteers & supervisors in connection with:
- any claim, action, demand or proceedings (including negligence) by any person in relation to any Personal Injury, including death, occasioned by the Participant at, or as a result of C3 New Hope or any of its personnel, or in the course of, or as a result of, any activities;
- any failure of the Participant to follow any rules of C3 New Hope or any directions given by C3 New Hope or its Personnel; or
- any act or omission of the Participant or in the course of any activities which causes or contributes to any person.
I understand that if my child is found with prohibited items those items will be confiscated and held by camp leaders. I understand the prohibited items include alcohol, vapes, cigarettes and illicit drugs.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable at any time and any other funds paid towards your child's registration will be non refundable after 28 September 2025

After 28.09.25, no refunds can be issued for cancellations or non attendance due to change of mind, unforeseen events or illness.
After this date, costs are incurred by the Church to the campsite regardless of whether your child/ren attends and therefore we are unable to provide a refund.
This is a not-for-profit event and the Church does not receive any profit for this event.
