I understand:
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for travel for their children to and from ministry events run by C3 New Hope.
In the event that parents or legal guardians cannot arrange transport for their children, I give consent for my child to travel with a C3 New Hope leader or volunteer.
The leader or volunteer will have a current driver's licence, registered car and valid insurance.
I understand that C3 New Hope is not responsible for any accident, injury or loss in the course of travel.
