Mentoring Confidentiality Agreement and Statement of Understanding
To be a mentor/mentee in our C-NRPP Mitigation Program, please review this confidentiality agreement and statement of understanding and affirm you agree with it.
Confidentiality Agreement
I agree that any personal information about the homeowner of the residential dwelling where the radon mitigation installation occurs that is shared between the mentee and mentor will be kept confidential.
All documents may be reviewed by a member of C-NRPP, and I acknowledge that from time to time, I may need to disclose elements of the mentoring communications to C-NRPP as part of my mentorship review.
Statement of Understanding
I agree to provide mentorship based on my experiences, and am not an expert in all areas, therefore mentorship suggestions, insights and shared experiences are provided must be combined with location specific information which a mentor may not have without being on-sight. It is the responsibility of the mentee to consult the appropriate authorities with respect to local codes and proper use of tools and to establish appropriate health and safety measures practices in conjunction with any applicable regulatory requirements.

The mentorship is an extension of the C-NRPP Mitigation Course. Signing below confirms that you have enrolled and completed an approved C-NRPP Mitigation Course and you will be using the following guidance documents as part of the radon mitigation installation process:
