Lead & Co-Presenters Understanding:
All Presenations are taking place in MILWAUKEE, WI.
In signing and submitting this proposal, I understand there is no compensation for presenting at the networking group. That includes travel and lodging.
I understand that, if accepted no laptop or projector equipment will be provided to me for my presentation. We do have a Screen available if needed.
If you are NOT presenting by yourself. The presenter agrees to share this agreement with any co-presenters listed on your proposal.
All handouts must be turned in at least ONE week before your PRESENTATION date in order to be printed, otherwise presentor will have to provide handouts.

PRESENTATIONS should be at least 40-45 minutes long.
The presenter agrees to notify us immediately if an emergency requires cancellation.
While it is permissible to teach about topics related to the presenter’s practice or products, it should be done in an unbiased manner, YOU CAN reference your products or services,with absolutely no direct sales or pricing of products or services. Speakers must share their information in an educational, non-commercial and non-self-promotional manner. (You will have a booth to market and sell products AFTER)
The presenter agrees to start and finish in the time frame assigned, even if the topic has not been fully covered by the scheduled end of the session.
The presenter agrees to communicate the need for specific room layouts at the time of proposal submission. Due to time constraints complete room resets may not be possible.
