    Helps participants find their assigned area and supports orderly wreath placement.

    Time commitment:

    • Friday December 18, 2026 12:00PM - 5:00PM
    • Saturday December 19, 2026 7:00AM - 12:30PM

    Physical requirements:

    • Will require walking for extended periods of time
    • Will requiring assisting to unload and transport wreaths to various sections

    Duties may include:

    • Diplaying and organizing wreaths for Saturday placement
    • Unloading wreaths from back of trucks
    • Unboxing wreaths
    • Transporting wreaths to sections
    • Section Lead in person meetings starting in September
    • Guiding placement of Wreaths by volunteers

  • Staging Team

    Helps organize materials and prepare wreaths and supplies before the ceremony.

    Time commitment:

    • Friday December 18, 2026 12:00PM - 5:00PM

    Physical requirements:

    • Will require walking for extended periods of time
    • Will requiring assisting the unload and transport wreaths to various sections

    Duties may include:

    • Diplaying and organizing wreaths for Saturday placement
    • Unloading wreaths from back of trucks
    • Unboxing wreaths
    • Transporting wreaths to sections

  • Safety and Parking Team

    Supports event safety and parking team

    Time commitment:

    • Saturday December 19, 2026 7:00AM - 12:30PM

    Physical requirements:

    • Will require walking and standing for extended periods of time

    Duties may include:

    • Traffic control
    • Parking

  • Transportation Team

    Transporting passengers using golf carts

    Time commitment:

    • Friday December 18, 2026                                        12:00PM-5:00PM
    • Saturday December 19, 2026                                    7:30AM-12:00PM

    Physical requirements:

    • Must be 18 years old

    Duties will include:

    • Transporting passengers to/from parking to ceremony and/or wreath placement areas
    • Transporting passengers who may require additional assistance

  • Honor Placement

    Places wreaths respectfully and accurately at assigned gravesites or memorial areas.

    Time commitment:

    Saturday December 19, 2026 Between 10:00AM - 11:00AM

    Physical requirements:

    • Will require walking for extended periods of time
    • Will require carrying wreaths

    Duties will include:

    • Placement of wreaths on designated tombstones

  • Retirement Team

    Removal of wreaths from assigned gravesites or memorial areas.

    Time commitment:

    Saturday January 2, 2027 7:00AM - 10:00AM

    Physical requirements:

    • Will require walking for extended periods of time
    • Will require carrying wreaths for disposal


    Duties will include:

    • Removal of wreaths from designated gravesites and transporting to an onsite disposal location
