Clone of Tuition Assistance Request 2025-2026

Tuition Assistance is based on the following:

If your family qualifies for free or reduced lunch, you are eligible for a 60% tuition waiver.

If your family does not qualify for school lunch assistance, but you are financially stressed, you may still be eligible to receive financial assistance for choir tuition. Please include a brief explanation of your financial situation on the form below.

Tuition assistance recipients will be expected to complete criteria set by the CDCC board of directors.

Please complete and submit a separate form for each child in CDCC.
