The Pharmacy-Based Community Health Worker Certificate Program is a 16-week course that meets every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm CT via a virtual online platform (Zoom).
Participants must attend all classes, complete all reading and homework assignments, and complete 60 hours of resource development activities within their local community.
A course attendance policy is enforced (no more than 2 excused absences allowed).
If you are a MISSOURI technician enrolling in this live, virtual Pharmacy-Based Community Health Worker Certificate Program, you will be required to enter a scholarship code.
