NARPM 2026 Broker Owner Conference & Expo Call for Speakers

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the NARPM 2026 Broker Owner Conference & Expo. The event is being held at the Hyatt Regency - New Orleans from Tuesday 4/28 through Thursday 4/30.

In 2025, NARPM approved a new series of guidelines related to the event. As a Broker / Owner Committee, we are dedicated to creating an experience for all involved that fulfills the purpose of the event as outlined below:

Purpose of Broker Owner Conference:
- To build upon the NARPM Vision and Mission of supporting and empowering the Property Management Industry through professional development and community
- Provide a premier event exclusively for company owners, brokers, and major decision makers
- The overall focus will be “Brokers teaching, leading and connecting Brokers”
- The overall focus should revolve around high level business, owner and broker related themes and not just property management related topics.
If chosen as a presenter, you will be expected to abide by NARPM guidelines and deadlines as these are in place to ensure a successful event. Information will be provided upon your selection.
- The new format allows for some additional innovation and creativity with regard to the various ways speakers can get involved. In 2026 we are seeking submissions as follows:
- Mainstage Speakers (50 minute session) - Compensation pay varies
  Breakout Session Speakers (50 minute session) - Speakers paid up to $1,500
- Ted-Talk Style Speakers (15-20 minutes) - Speakers paid up to $350
  Workshop Facilitator (50 minutes) -Facilitators paid up to $1,500
- Panel Style Sessions (3+ Presenters)*
- Live Debate on Property Management related Topic (30-50 minutes) - Compensation pay varies
- Facilitators of Mastermind Sessions -Facilitator pay varies
*Denotes this type of speaking opportunity is a non-paid opportunity

- Current relevance to the property management profession
- Strength of presentation submission.
- NARPM places the highest value on members teaching and connecting members. How does this presentation help provide high value and connection for our NARPM members?
- Ability of presenter / presentation to fit the desired outcomes of the event
- Fresh, new and impactful ideas that will help members improve the property management industry and their ability to navigate an ever-changing entrepreneurial world
A Note for NARPM Affiliate/Vendor Speakers

Vendors should not be used for any mainstage speaking opportunities.
Vendors will have the opportunity to sponsor mainstage speakers as determined by the committee

TIMELINE OF EVENTS
- January 12, 2026: Submission Deadline
- January 31, 2026: Presentation Selection Finalization
- March 1, 2026: Presentations Due
- March, 2026: Presentations reviewed by committee members. Modifications may be required. We will also hold an online speakers meeting in March, 2026 to outline expectations, talk about the event details and answer questions.
- April 1, 2026: Final Presentations + Additional Materials Due
- April 2026: A second speakers online meeting will be held to review final logistics, answer questions, and make sure everyone involved is understanding the format, expectation and flow of the event.
- April 28 - 30, 2026: 2026 Broker Owner Conference - New Orleans
