All disbursement requests for funds must have an up-to-date balance report attached.
Balance reports will be sent prior to this deadline, generally Monday morning.
The amount reflected on your balance request represents the available funds for your project that have already cleared and been deposited into our bank account. Please note that recent donations made via check, wire transfer, matching funds, or stock may still be in processing and not yet reflected in your available balance as of the request date.
In the event of a federal holiday, the deadline for disbursement requests automatically moves to the next business day.
