2026 Save the SRFs Campaign Pledge
The Save the SRFs campaign is an initiative of the Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities (CIFA) to protect and strengthen the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs), the nation’s long-term financing system for water infrastructure. Organizations that support the campaign are invited to join the Campaign Pledge. Organizations who fill out this form will be recognized on the Save the SRFs campaign website and receive access to campaign materials they can use with their own members, policymakers, and networks. The Pledge is open to both CIFA members and external partners.
By joining the Save the SRFs campaign, our organization supports:
1. Protecting federal capitalization funding for the Clean Water and Drinking Water SRFs so states can continue providing affordable financing for water infrastructure in communities across the country.
2. Increasing authorized funding for each SRF to $6.5 billion annually and supporting strong, sustained annual appropriations for the Clean Water and Drinking Water SRFs.
3. Ensuring Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS) is additive to, rather than carved out of, annual SRF capitalization grants, so congressionally directed projects do not reduce formula funding available to state SRF programs.
