  • New for 2025, the ICMA EXPO will feature a Start-up Showcase, offering companies under three years old that have never exhibited at the EXPO the chance to present their products and services that could benefit the global card industry. The number of available tables is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Start-up Showcase will take place on the second day of the EXPO. The participation fee is $2,550.00 USD, which covers a table in the Start-up Showcase area and EXPO access on Wednesday, May 14 2025. 

  • The pre-show contact will be ICMA Headquarter's primary contact for all communications leading up to the 2025 ICMA EXPO. This includes, but not limited to:

    • Invoices
    • Shipping information
  • The onsite contact will be the individual repersenting the company at the 2025 Startup Showcase and registered in our system as an attendee for Wednesday, May 14, 2025

  • If no, please provide the name, title, and email address of the individual attending the ICMA EXPO on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

  • To qualify, your company must meet the following criteria:

    ✅ In business for fewer than 3 years

    ✅ Never exhibited at ICMA EXPO

  • Participation Fee

    $2,550.00 USD (Includes a table at the Start-Up Showcase and EXPO access on May 14, 2025)

  • Payment Terms

    Payment should be in U.S. dollars and made payable to:

     A 3% processing fee will be added to all payment types to cover administrative and processing costs.

    The company hereby agrees to accept and abide by all rules and regulations of the exhibition and acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Rules and Regulations below, which shall be part of the contract created by acceptance of this application and is incorporated herein.

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    In the event that the company cancels participation, the following provisions shall apply:

    (a) If participation has been approved, participation in the Start-Up Showcase is non-refundable and the company shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the cancelled  fee.

    (b) If the company does not make full payment when due under the terms of this contract, ICMA may terminate this contract and the company shall be responsible for payments to ICMA of all amounts which would have been due ICMA, under the terms of the above as if the company had cancelled this contract as of the date of such default.

    The International Card Manufacturers Association and Creative Marketing Alliance, Inc. assume no responsibility for the safety of personnel and property of participating companies or of the personal property of their officers, agents, or employees. Any companywishing to insure their personnel or goods against injury, theft, damage by fire, accident, strikes, acts of terrorism, or other cause must do so at their own expense.

    ICMA shall not be liable for any damages in the event that performance is rendered impossible for any of the following causes: destruction of the conference facility or any substantial portion thereof, by fire, earthquake, the elements, or a public enemy, strikes or other public disorders, impossibility of performance created by law or any public authority; and/or causes beyond its control or the control of ICMA and Creative Marketing Alliance, Inc.
