  • Terms & Conditions for Gym Usage:

    1. The use of CMAthletics' gym must be approved by the athletic director.
    2. A "Gym Rental Application" must be completed and signed before the booking is confirmed.
    3. Cancellations - Christian Ministries Academy has first priority in the use of the facilities. In the event that a conflict should develop, the right is reserved to cancel the reservation.
    4. Tables, sound equipment, microphones, and other school equipment may be available with permission of the athletic director.
    5. Applicants must assume FULL responsibility for any damages to the property or loss of equipment.
    6. Adult supervision is required at all times throughout all youth programs.
    7. Applicants will accept responsibility for leaving the building in a clean, neat manner after its use.
      • They will accept responsibility for turning off lights, fans, and locking doors after use. If a custodian is assigned, then he/she will be responsible for this duty.
      • If your meeting requires a key, please make arrangements to return the key to the office by noon the next day.
    8. The event is to be held in the pre-designated area only.  Attendees are not to wander throught the campus/playground.
    9. Failure to abide by the policies concerning the use of school facilities will result in the privilege being withdrawn.
  • Insurance Waiver:

    We agree to hold Christian Ministries/CMAthletics free and without harm from any loss or damage, liability or expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by, such use or occupancy of district facilities in lieu of purchasing liability insurance.
