  • This award recognises an individual who delivers outstanding value to corporate real estate clients as a service provider. The recipient demonstrates excellence through client outcomes, organisational alignment, operational impact, leadership, and innovation; regardless of role type, business size or revenue model.

  • Eligibility Criteria

    • Eligible professionals serve corporate real estate end users/ occupiers in professional disciplines such as project, facilities, or property management, design, engineering, construction, and other advisory services, or complementary services that directly impact the built environment.
    • Must work and reside in the CoreNet Global Australia region.
    • Must be a CoreNet Global member or an employee of a sponsor company in good standing.
    • Last year’s individual category winner is ineligible for this year’s award.
    • Executives of CoreNet Global Australia are exempt from submitting nominations for this award.
    • If the award sponsor chooses to write a feature article on the winner, we kindly ask that you make yourself available at a mutually convenient time.
    • Judges will assess submissions based on impact and outcomes relative to role scope, organisation size, and area of responsibility, not transaction volume or revenue alone.

    • Tuesday 18 August 2026 - Australian winner announced at CNGAU REawards function, the night prior to the annual conference
