  • This award celebrates work that accelerates the adoption of environmentally friendly and socially responsible real estate practices.

  • Eligibility Criteria

    • The sustainability project must have been executed by a team based in the CoreNet Global Australia region.
    • The sustainability project team must include a CoreNet Global member or be an Australian Chapter sponsor in good standing. 
    • The sustainability project must have been completed after 1 January 2025.
    • Last year’s category winner is excluded from this year’s category award
    • If the award sponsor chooses to write a feature article on the winner, we kindly ask that you make yourself available at a mutually convenient time

    • Wednesday 4 March 2026 - nominations open
    • Friday 29 May 2026 - nominations close
    • Tuesday 18 August 2026 - Australian winner announced at CNGAU REawards function, the night prior to the annual conference
