LDT Project Description Form

The Leadership Development Training culminates with a final project. All participants design, produce, and facilitate an offering for their community, such as a one-day workshop, a mini-class series, a podcast, a sharing circle, a live presentation at work etc. This final project is the "practicum" required to receive your LDT completion certificate. Please complete this form at least 2 weeks before your project starts and no later than December 19, 2025.

Here are some possibilities:

1. A one-day workshop (e.g. 10 am to 6pm)
2. A multi-unit class (e.g. a 2 hour class for 3 to 4 weeks)
3. A podcast or radio show (e.g. once a week for 1 hour, with people interacting live in some way)
4. A guidebook, with a live interactive component
5. An ongoing guided sharing circle
6. A live presentation or training at your workplace

Your project should be something you share with the world, so others benefit from it.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 participants
6 hours of content
Must be completed by Feb. 21, 2026

6. What form of facilitation from you, and what form of involvement from participants, does it include?

7. How many hours of content is your Project? How much of that time is live interaction with participants?

8. Are you collaborating? If so, with whom? Are they LDTers or not? Remember, you may collaborate with one or more LDT participants under these conditions: A. The number of required participants multiplies by the number of facilitators. B. Each facilitator must have a leading role and facilitate a section of the program.
