📄 RMH $5 Bounty Program – Official Rules

🎯 Program Purpose

To reward store associates who help promote and sell Nicbonbon by providing a $5 incentive for every verified can sold during the campaign period.

✅ Who Can Participate

• Must be an associate working at a participating convenience store.
• Must register through the official CRSTBL Associate Sign-Up Form.
• Must agree to and follow the validation and submission process.

💰 How You Earn

• You earn $5 for every Nic BonBon can sold that you personally helped sell.
• All sales must be validated through at least 2 forms of proof submitted daily:
• A photo of the sales receipt (required)
  • Must Include
    
    • Date of sale
    • Nicbonbon listed in the product line
    • Quantity sold (per flavor or total is OK)
    • Screenshot must be from an actual POS system, not edited or recreated

📌 Avoid screenshots that are blurry or missing dates/product names. No photo editing allowed.

• Flavor tally sheet (Required)
  • Must include:
    • Associate name
    • Store name or ID
    • Date
    • Tally marks by flavor
    • Total cans sold

📌 Your Submission must match the receipt you submitted for this entry

🕓 Campaign Duration

• Each associate’s campaign runs 30 days from the date their store is registered and stocked with Nicbonbon.

📝 Submission Rules

• Proof must be submitted on the same day or by the end of the next day via the Daily Submission Form.
• Submissions must be clear, legible, and accurate.
• You are responsible for making sure your proof is complete before submission.
• Submitting fake, duplicate, or altered documentation will result in immediate disqualification.

📩 Payout Schedule

• Payouts are processed weekly or biweekly (depending on store setup).
• Associates will receive their payout via digital method (Payment Platform invitation will be sent out via email).
• An email will be sent confirming total cans sold and payment amount.

📢 Other Terms

• CRSTBL reserves the right to disqualify participants for suspicious activity or non-compliance.
• Program rules and payout amounts are subject to change with notice.
• This program is independent of your employment terms and is voluntary to join.
