Spend a pleasant summer morning or evening watering the plants in the rain garden at Lions Park. Instructions and watering equipment are available to volunteers who sign up.

June 1 – Sept 15: 1 shift per week (the watering can be done on Monday or Thursday, mornings and evenings preferred)
Note: If Monday or Thursday doesn’t work for you, you can sign up for Monday and do your watering on Sunday instead!
Watering should be done rain or shine, and takes approximately 1 hour.
The Coquitlam River Watershed Society will provide reference letters or credit to High School students or others needing credit for community volunteer service.
Two days before your shift, you will receive an email with video instructions to access and use the watering equipment.
