    Show Dates: October 23rd − October 26th, 2025  

    Show Location: Norris Penrose Event Center, Colorado Springs  CO

    Set-up: After 12:00 pm Wednesday, October 22, 2025

    Vendors must be approved by the Vendor Chairperson prior to submitting this form.

    No Permit is Required

    All spaces are located indoors on concrete with access to electricity.  Designation of assigned space is at the discretion of the Vendor Chairperson(s) in conjunction with the Show Chairperson(s).

    Vendors can bring their own booth set-up materials. CSKC will provide one (1) table and two chairs ONLY IF REQUESTED. The tables and chairs will be available on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, and removed on Sunday, October 26, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.

    The undersigned vendor agrees to contract with the Colorado Springs Kennel Club for the dates and location listed above, with the following terms and conditions:

    1. The full vendor fee must be paid with the submission of the contract. There are no discounts for partial days.
    2. Selling/subletting of space/booths is prohibited.
    3. The Club is not responsible for merchandise or displays left unattended on the grounds. 
    4. If requested, ALL Vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance.
    5. All special needs or problems must be presented to the Vendor Chairperson at the time of reservation.
    6. Vendor parking will be provided on the South side of the building.
    7. All vendors are requested to be on the site 30 minutes prior to the start of the show for each day contracted.  Booths must be manned each day of the show. 
    8. Vendors are required to bring extension cords to reach electricity. Please be sure they are GFI cords. No frayed cords.
    9. All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their rental areas and placing all debris in the receptacles provided.
    10. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable Colorado Springs sales tax while conducting business at the dog show.
    11. The vendor shall be solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of/or relating to any product or services sold, offered, or provided by the vendor or any claims for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly by the vendor. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and to hold the CSKC, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to any products or services sold, offered or provided by vendor or any and all loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly by Vendor.
    12. NO REFUNDS due to inclement weather.
    13. Cancellations must be made by October 8, 2025.

     

  • CSKC attempts to avoid duplicate items. There is no promise of exclusivity. If you have not been specific about the product/service offered, you may be asked to remove the item from your booth if it is a duplicate of another Vendor’s declared item.

    • I/We have read this contract, understand all terms set forth herein, and agree to be bound by same. I/We realize that any violation of the rules or the general rules of the Show Committee, American Kennel Club, or the Norris Penrose Event Center may cause an expulsion from the show without refund or reimbursement.
