B.E.S.T. Program (Basic Education for Safe Travel) - Formerly C.A.R.S.
Hybrid education for child care providers and foster parents. This program is designed to meet the MN CPS course requirements for licensure and foster parenting.
There are currently B.E.S.T. Facilitators in many counties across Minnesota. Some have set dates for this program, while others will schedule on an as-needed basis.
