City of Braham Animal License Application

Please complete this form for each domestic animal you are registering with the City of Braham.

After submitting the form, complete your registration by paying the $5 registration fee per animal at:

Once both your registration form and payment have been received, your animal's registration tag will be mailed to you within five (5) business days.

Thank you for helping us keep our community and pets safe. Animal registration assists us in quickly identifying and returning lost pets to their owners.

* No license shall be granted for a ferret, dog, or cat that has not been vaccinated against distemper (if available for ferrets) and rabies, as evidenced by a certificate by a veterinarian qualified to practice in the state in which the animal is vaccinated.
