In 2019, ELF Development delivered DKKm 501 in revenue and 181 mDKK in EBIT while managing the investment portfolio of 1.456 DKKm. ELF Development is well funded with a 28% equity ratio and operate with low risks. The organization consists of 40 employees with office on Strandvejen in Hellerup.
You will join the ELF Group with focus on strategy, concept development and internationalization. The team is newly established, so you will have a unique opportunity to influence the exciting journey that lies ahead. Your tasks will include exploring new potential business models and drive the new real estate concepts from idea to implementation. You will work together with the owners on the strategic level and engage the existing organization as needed to detail and refine the new concepts. You can expect high variety in your tasks as part of our strategy and concept developments materialize.

What we expect
You have 2-5 years’ work experience from a relevant function or industry (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, business development, engineering, strategy, etc.) and you have likely completed a relevant Master’s degree.

Good business and commercial understanding (experience in real estate not required)
