Having completed 31 acquisitions since 2011, NTG considers acquisitive growth as a core element of its growth strategy. Since August 2020, the Company completed eleven deals, adding (on an annualised basis) more than DKK 3 billion in net revenue.
The position
As the new Investor Relations Manager at NTG, you will play an essential role in managing relationships with investors and analysts while ensuring effective communication and fostering confidence in NTG's financial performance and growth prospects. You will be responsible for developing and executing an investor relations strategy, communicating NTG's financial performance, business strategy, and growth prospects effectively. Fostering strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, presentations, and events is crucial. You will collaborate with the finance, accounting, and executive teams to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
As the new IR Manager, you will be involved in setting strategic direction, playing a key role in understanding trends in the broader investment landscape. You will contribute to investor relations projects, engaging with existing investors, marketing NTG to new investors, and assisting NTG senior management in investor-related activities and meeting preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the investor relations strategy to enhance communication with investors, analysts, and shareholders.
- Developing clear and compelling communication, including financial reports, investor presentations, and stock exchange announcements.
- Coordinating investor and equity analyst dialogues, roadshows, conference calls, and other events.
- Expanding analyst coverage through engagement with research equity analysts.
- Expanding engagement with the private investor community.
- Establish and maintain an annual investor wheel for all IR-related activities.
Your profile
The ideal candidate holds a relevant Master’s degree such as a M.Sc. in business administration, economics, and/or finance with strong results, as well as a few years of experience working with Investor Relations, Equity Research, or similar. The ideal candidate has experience from an investor relations role with knowledge of capital markets, investor relations activities, and regulatory requirements, and a strong drive and ability to work proactively and independently as well as part of a team. Furthermore, you have a high level of integrity, focus on quality, and the ability to present and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in and outside the organization in a clear and concise manner.
Other formalities:
- Experience with development of investor relations material.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information effectively.
- General knowledge within financial concepts and financial markets.
- Profound skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Danish is not a requirement.
