Our renewable energy area is primarily focused on developing and investing in solar PV, Onshore wind and Battery energy storage projects in Denmark, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe. Our current pipeline consists of approx. 4.000 ha in key selected areas, and we are currently in the process of developing one of the largest utility scale solar PV projects in Denmark with more than 550 ha.
The position
We are looking for a Junior Financial Analysts to join us in our headquarters in central Copenhagen. As our new Junior Financial Analyst, you will contribute to the development, structuring, and execution of utility scale solar PV projects in Denmark, the Nordics, and Eastern Europe. You will be working closely together with the partners and your colleagues in preparing material for key decision making. You will also be involved in the cost planning of our projects and support the overall financial planning through financial analysis and modelling. We expect an availability to work 15-20 hours a week. We offer great flexibility during exam seasons and expect you to do the same during busy work periods.

- Research in relation to counterparties, markets, and assets
Your profile
We are looking for a self-driven and analytical student, currently on the last year of your Bachelor’s degree or first year of your Master’s degree within Finance, Economics, or other related fields. Previous work experience in a similar position within renewables, valuation, investment banking, PE, M&A, or consulting is a plus, but not a requirement.
Furthermore, it is expected that you
- Can interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Thrive with working both independently and as part of a team
- Have an eye for detail, a structured approach, and can plan and coordinate your daily work independently
- Have solid corporate finance knowledge, particularly in terms of valuation and financial modelling
- Have excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English
- Have solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus, not a requirement)
- Preferably have experience with preparing investment recommendations using PowerPoint and Word
