Please complete one jotform per horse and rider combination - we use the line of data from the form to copy directly into the start times.

When we receive multiple forms it can cause confusion as we use a single line per horse and rider. If you need to resubmit please also send an email to moulton@trecgroup.co.uk to explain what changes you have made.

Please also make sure that you go to https://www.trecgroup.co.uk/store/ to pay for your round(s) and add the reference number to the end of this form before you submit.

Membership of Central gives riders reduced entry fees, saving £2 per class compared to those paid by TREC GB members. Please also complete a membership form (if you have not already done so).
