Questions to ask yourself regarding Freelancers:
- Were they a good fit for the CTS culture?
- How was their interpersonal skills with the crew/client/etc.?
- Were they a good representation of our cultural values? Were they professional, trustworthy, courageous, receptive? If possible, give examples and explain.
- Were they the right fit for the position they staffed on this type of show? Was there a lack of experience or skills that inhibited them from fully fulfilling the position they were in?
- Did the freelancer display skills, knowledge, or experience that they could work another position?
- Did the freelancer properly prepare for the event prior to arrival? Did they ave drive and initiative during the event? Did they have pride in their work? Did they need hand holding or constant supervision?
