1. Course descriptions contain details of mode of instruction, date and times. Note that some courses might be offered remote. Students are also responsible to ensure they are in compliance with the number of Distance Learning credits allowed.
2. Note that it is the responsibility of each student to ensure they are in compliance with their home institution if they are seeking to apply these credits towards the completion of a Juris Doctorate.
3. Credits earned as a non-matriculated student cannot be credited towards the completion of a Juris Doctorate at the CUNY School of Law.
4. Due to space restrictions, non-matriculated students are generally only permitted to participate in elective classes and not core required classes.
5. If you are approved to take a course(s) at the CUNY School of Law, the Registrar’s Office will be in contact with you about required documentation from you and your home school to process your registration.
6. If you are enrolled at another law school and anticipate needing financial aid, you are required to complete a consortium agreement with your home school’s Financial Aid Office.
