    Our website has been completely revamped!

     

    We migrated to a new platform on April 4th, 2024. 

    If you had an account before this date, you must update your password to access your account. If you log in via your Google or Facebook Account, no action is required on your part.

    Please note that your order history prior to this date is no longer accessible. Check your previous confirmation emails for any information you may need, or contact our Customer Support Team if you have any further questions.

     

    To keep your order history linked to your account, you must be logged in before your purchase. 

    If not, you will place the order as a guest. You will receive the order confirmation by email, but it will not show in your account order history.

    Delivery FAQ

    Delivery

    The Last Hunt only ships within Canada.

    We offer Same-day and Next-day delivery for an additional fee, depending on your location. 

     

    Order Status 

    Once your order is placed, it's sent to the warehouse to be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your carrier and your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

     

    Order not received

    At each step of the order fulfillment process, there is a scan that will allow you to follow the progress of your package. 

    Please allow 24 hours before contacting us for a missing package.

     

    Missing item 

    If an item is missing from your order, please verify your emails and spam folder. You may have received a second email about your order being sent in two packages, or in rare cases, there may be an inventory issue. If you do not have any messages, continue to fill out the form and one of our agents will help you.

     

    Damaged item 

     If you received a damaged item, please fill out the warranty form, don't forget the pictures to help our Warranty team understand the issue and allow the return of the item.

    How to find my size? 

    Most of our products have a sizing chart on their page. On the sizing chart, you will find the measurements that will help you find the perfect fit! 

    Please note that the measurements are for the product and not the person. 

     

    If you are not sure, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Team, one of our agents will be able to assist you in choosing the right size.

    Returns FAQ

     

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEM. 

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Unfortunately, no. Your order passes through our processing system immediately after it is placed in order to ship it to you as fast as possible. Therefore, the system doesn't allow for changes or cancelations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment!

     

    CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

    No modification can be made (product, size or colour) to an order that has already been placed.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any item. Unfortunately, an item cannot be returned if a size or colour doesn’t suit you. An item can only be returned if it is defective or does not match its description on the website. Note that the manufacturer's warranty still applies.

    Warranty FAQ

     

    All of our products are guaranteed to be new and free of defects. In most cases, the product manufacturer will offer warranty coverage. 

    It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of their order immediately upon reception. In certain rare cases, the items you ordered may become damaged in the shipping process or may arrive defective in their original packaging. If this occurs, you must contact our customer service within 7 days to inform us of the problem.
