    • A 25% mandatory deposit must be satisfied as a Sponsor. Taxes are not included and all payments will have a mandatory 7.25% sales tax. All remaining payments must be satisfied and shall be paid in full 14 days before the event date. You the "Vendor" or "Sponsor" shall assume all risk while in attendance at Breakfast Conversations™. Therefore, you the "Vendor" or "Sponsor" agree that you shall not sue Heirs of Legends™ Media, its owner, affiliates, nor the event venue. You the "Vendor" or "Sponsor" agree that by purchasing a vendor table or any sponsorship level this shall not constitute a business partnership with Heirs of Legends™ Media. You the "Vendor" or "Sponsor" agree that you shall only promote your own intellectual property [IP] and shall not promote nor sell any other third-party items to attendees and shall not execute this event nor its likeness without the written permission and written consent from its founder. All deposits and payments are final and non-refundable, no exceptions.

       

      Indemnification and Release. As an attendee and or participant you voluntarily and fully shall assume all risks related in any way to injury and or Covid-19 as it pertains to attending and or your participation in Breakfast Conversations™. Attendee(s) and or participant(s) hereby irrevocably and forever agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breakfast Conversations™, its companies, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, 2 insurers, benefit plans, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”), jointly and severally, in their individual and agency capacities, from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from, or related in any way to, any claims made by or on behalf of any attendee and or participant for bodily injury, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to injury and or Covid-19. Attendee(s) and or participant(s) hereby releases, waives and discharges any claims, demands, damages, expenses, losses or liabilities (including attorney fees) against the Released Parties for any injury, illness, death or monetary loss relating in any way to injury and or Covid-19 in connection with the Event. The obligations shall survive after discontinuation or expiration of the event. Therefore, by purchasing a ticket(s) and or by participating you understand the terms, willingly and fully agree to these terms.

We provide general information based on the surveys distributed at the event, without identifying the actual individual by name or their form of communication method(s). However, sponsors and vendors may collect attendees information that visit your vendor table.
