If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition that may interfere with the enjoyment of a treatment you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice before enjoying our therapies and facilities
You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices.
You should not undergo treatments that you have been told are not suitable for you.
You should notify a team member or therapist of any existing or new medical conditions before you commence treatment.
You should let us know immediately if you feel unwell when having treatment, or using our facilities.
Our therapists are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person with First Aid training available.
If you have a disability, you must follow any reasonable instructions to allow you to enjoy facilities and treatment safely.
