VENDOR AGREEMENT AND INSTRUCTIONS:
- There will be no refund of fees under any circumstances. It is further understood and agreed that if the applicant should fail, neglect, or refuse to pay their agreement fees, The applicant will not be permitted to open in said place.
- If weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the control of Calle 24 and Fiesta de Las Americas cause the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be returned.
- The Study Center and Calle 24 Latino Cultural District Coordinators cannot be held liable by exhibitors for the failure of the event to take place.
- Exhibitors/vendors shall start setting up by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026. All vehicles must be off the street by 10:00 a.m.
- Exhibitors/vendors without vehicles will be permitted to leave by foot by 6:00 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026. All vehicles must be off of 24th St. and Harrison Street by 8:00 pm.
- The main entrance for vendors is on 25th Street and Florida St and the exit is through Folsom St and 24th Street.
- Vendors shall maintain their booth space and immediate adjoining areas in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition at all times and leave the area free of trash.
- Space Assignment & Final Instructions: Accepted Exhibitors/Vendors will receive space assignments and final instructions by September 4, 2026.
- Vendors will receive 2 email reminders with instructions prior to the event.
- No electricity is provided.
- Chairs, tables, and tents are NOT included.
- Exhibitors/vendors can only sell items/merchandise that have been authorized. Any that have not will be removed immediately from space.
- Payment options: cash, check, money order, PayPal, cashier check. All payments should be received upon submitting the application. Please drop it off or mail it at Calle 24 Latino Cultural District, 3250 24th street, San Francisco, 94110, CA.

EXHIBITOR RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
This agreement is entered into by and between Calle 24 Latino Cultural District (Producer) and the Fiscal sponsor of the event, The Study Center (Agent) and the Exhibitor/Vendor filling out, signing, and returning the application and all people working on behalf of Exhibitor/Vendor.
Producer is in the business of providing space at the Fiesta de Las Americas event for the display and sale of arts and crafts, government, small business/retail and non-profit causes. Producer does not participate in the construction, assembly, or placement of the individual Exhibitor’s or Vendor’s exhibit.
Producer, on behalf of the Agent, provides space only at the event. The Exhibitor/Vendor, and all people working on behalf of Exhibitor/Vendor, hereby indemnifies and holds the Producer, agents, employees; servants and the client, its agents, employees, and servants harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney's fees resulting therefrom, arising out of said Exhibitor's/Vendor’s participation in this event.
For the purpose of this agreement, the term "participation" shall include, but not be limited to, the delivery of equipment, merchandise, structures and product to their designated location, the setup and display of any such structure and arts and crafts, and the dismantling and removal of all such items from the area provided by or through the Producer or its agents, employees and servants or the Client or its agents, employees and servants.
The Exhibitor/Vendor hereby expressly assumes any risk of harm to the Exhibitor/Vendor and anyone working on behalf of Exhibitor/Vendor and arising out of their participation and the participation of other artists at Fiestas de Las Americas, including any risk resulting from the particular location of the space designated to them by the Fiscal Producer (Calle 24 Latino Cultural District).
This agreement shall be effective immediately upon execution and shall continue in effect throughout the event period.
