Morning check list
To be completed upon store opening please.
Store bonus is linked to morning checklist being done.
Each day this form is not filled in, whoever was responsible for the form on that given day will lose 10% of any bonus for the month. So for example, if you’re responsible for this form - missing it 10 times in one month will wipe out any additional bonus as 100% will be lost.
WARNING WHEN SKIPPING TASKS
Not to be ruthless but things that get skipped are genuinely so easy to spot. Repair tickets overlooked, messages not responded to etc. Just ticking everything does not count as completing the checklist! Standards are key and I'm not here to micro-manage you guys.
