We’re grateful for your interest in serving with us at Calvary Academy. To make the process smoother and more respectful of your time, our application is divided into two parts. Part 1 gathers your general information, experience, and your initial agreement with our mission and values. After we review this section, applicants who seem to be a good potential fit will be invited to complete Part 2, which focuses more deeply on spiritual life and theological beliefs.

Our hope is that this step-by-step approach helps you move through the process comfortably while allowing us to thoughtfully consider how each applicant might fit within our school community.

At Calvary Academy, we value honesty, integrity, and transparency. The information you provide in this application plays an important role in our discernment process.

Please answer each question fully and truthfully. Incomplete, misleading, or untruthful responses may affect your eligibility for employment with Calvary Academy.

Our Heart for Teachers
At Calvary Academy, we are looking for teachers who meet the following criteria:
- We want teachers who are motivated by a love for Christ Jesus the Lord, a love for children, and a love for learning.
- At Calvary Academy, we are seeking teachers who view their role not simply as employment but as a calling from the Lord. Teaching here is first and foremost a ministry: a mission field where eternal impact is made in the lives of children and families. While other schools may offer higher pay, broader benefits, or lighter schedules, we believe there is no greater privilege than investing in the next generation for Christ. We are looking for teachers who share this conviction and sense of calling, and who desire to join us in this vital work.
- All of our employees are required to attend a home church on a regular basis (at least three Sundays, in person, a month).
