Volunteer Application

Each year volunteers are required to reapply. Volunteers (in any capacity) are required to attend a training. Trainings will be held at Mt. Evans Home Health and Hospice 3081 Bergen Peak Drive. Weekend camp training dates are Thursday May 11, 2023 6:30-9PM and Tuesday May 23, 2023 6:00-8:30PM. Day camp training will be held Monday June 12 6:00-8:30PM. Please email ccouch@mtevans.org if you have questions. Our June 16-18 camp is FULL for volunteers. Please consider applying for our July 7-9 camp.
