Terms & Conditions
1. Weapons Policy: All props or costume weapons must be disclosed to staff. The following items are not permitted, including but not limited to:
• Guns
• Baseball bats
• Sharp objects or knives
• Metal items
• Glass items
• Any object that replicates a weapon
All items are subject to staff discretion on the day of the event.
2. Face Coverings: Face coverings are not permitted outside of the designated event area.
3. Identification: Event identification, supplied at check-in, must be visibly worn while in costume.
4. Centre Conditions: All Caneland Central standard entry conditions must be followed.
5. Behaviour Expectations: All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff and retailers. Any aggressive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.
6. Costume Coverage: Costumes must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Revealing or offensive attire will not be permitted, at the discretion of event staff.
7. Prop Checks and Refusal of Entry: Event staff reserve the right to inspect any props or costume elements and refuse entry if they deem them unsafe or inappropriate.
8. Photography Consent: By participating in the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by Caneland Central.
9. Supervision of Minors: All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.
