Why should the nominee win this award? * This field is required.Provide as much detail as possible about why you think the nominee is worthy of this award. The inclusion of specific details and evidence is highly regarded by the Judges. Providing clear examples and measurable achievements will strengthen your nomination. Examples could be: SPECIFIC ACHIEVEMENTS: meeting or exceeding sales, completing projects, improving processes. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: completing industry qualification, attending workshops, gaining new skills. INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS: provide examples of how they introduced innovative ideas or solutions to improve their work. QUANTIFIABLE IMPACT: such as cost-saving measures resulted in a % reduction in expenses. The Judges will score your answer up to a maximum of 20 points.
