C.A.R.E.4Paws provides free and low-cost spay/neuter services for pet families in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties in California who require financial assistance.
This form helps us understand your situation so we can determine the level of support you may qualify for, based on financial need and available funding. We kindly ask that families who are able to contribute select our low-cost or affordable public pricing options so we can reserve free services for those with the greatest need. You are required to provide proof of low-income.
