Why do you believe this family or vehicle is deserving of a repair? *
Please provide a narrative of approximately 350–500 words explaining why you are nominating this individual or family. This helps our review committee understand the impact this repair would have on their life and circumstances.
Please upload clear photos of the vehicle's exterior, one of each side, front, and back. Please take interior photos of the front and back seats, the dash, console, the trunk, and/or bed if applicable. please take a photo of the engine bay and the current registration sticker. Please provide a picture or copy of the current insurance card in the nonprofit's or nominee's name. Failure to provide any of these photos or documents will result in immediate disqualification.

Program Responsibilities Acknowledgement

If your nominee is selected to participate, as the nominating organization you agree to be responsible for:

Timely and ongoing communication with CarFest team members, including the assigned repair shop

Attendance with the recipient at CarFest’s pairing party to officially pair the recipient with a repair shop

Coordinating the delivery of the vehicle to the assigned repair shop on the date and time specified by CarFest

Ensuring the repair recipient is present at CarFest on Sunday, when the repaired vehicle will be presented

Completing a six-month impact report detailing the outcome of the repair and its effect on the recipient

Towing Disclaimer: The nominating organization and repair recipient are responsible for coordinating and covering transportation of the vehicle.

CarFest and the assigned repair shop cannot tow vehicles to or from the repair shop for liability reasons. Vehicles must be delivered and picked up by the nominating organization or recipient unless otherwise specified in writing by CarFest.
