An Elevated Exhibitor Expereince

More than a Job Fair. We are the largest hybrid Career Fair Convention platform hosted in the Caribbean where prospective candidates, schools, sports teams, employers and international businesses come together for a luxurious expereince to showcase, educate and advance.

Introducing a sneak peak to our Automation Show in 2026, the Caribbean Career Fair is progressing in new standards in productivity, resources and reliability in and out of the Islands with business from around the world in AI, Automation, Robtics, Technology and Manufacutring.

Prospective Candidates:

Prospective Candidates always enter free. With our Fleet rides we ensure that exhibitors can see as many attendees as possible by offering free shuttle pick up at central locations in our host islands. The Caribbean Career Fair draws in thousands combining trades, locals, tourists, students, athletes, artists and professionals.

During the conventions prospective attendees will be able to view in-person exhibitor booths, join a virtual exhibitor booth room, check out opportunities, access the resources centre, attend workshops, handshake and showcase their talents and expertises in-person.

We have a great team onsite to help facilitate prospective candidates.

Interested job seekers may submit their resume, CV or portfolio to both in-person and virtual booths and the recruitment process begins where the employers receive the submitted applications of job seekers.

In-Person Booths:

Handshake in person and maximize your experience, brand-recognition and investment by becoming an In-Person Exhibitor. Not only will you be able to meet with prospective candidates in-person, this is an excellent opportunity to network with International Exhibitors, Investors, Government departments and create valuable content to share with stakeholders and employees.

Virtual Booths:

Wanting to attend virtually? Fantastic! Companies may be able to use the virtual platform provided for video, team-talk, tours of business, chat or voice communication through the virtual job portal and go through the hiring process utilizing the virtual job fair platform.

Kindly note that all promotions, early bird sales and discounts are on first registered and first paid basis. Due to limited availability and peak holiday season, we cannot hold any promotions past their expiry dates.

Once my registration is approved; after acknowledging the term and conditions of the Caribbean Career Fair, a refundable security deposit payment must follow the approved application or can be paid instantly to guarantee your exhibitor booth & participation. Fees for registrations for the Bahamas Caribbean Career Fair received after August 9, 2025 are due upon receipt of invoice and must be received by September 15, 2025 or before the promotion expires. For all other Caribbean Career Fairs, a refundable security deposits of $1000 USD must be received within 3 days and the balance due 60 days before move-in of the selected CCF or full payment of the Exhibitor Booth before the expiry of any selected promotions, whichever comes first.*
