  • I authorize The Caring Center to inquire as to my record of any or all persons and of my former employers.  In the event of my employment with The Caring Center, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations governing my employment.  

    In the event I should terminate my employment with The Caring Center, I agree to file my resignation three weeks prior to the date effective for all teaching positions and four weeks prior to the date effective for all administrative positions.

    I understand that Wisconsin is a state which follows "at will employment" laws. The term "at will" means that no employee is guaranteed employment for any specific duration. All disciplinary measures will be handled in private to maintain personal privacy for individual staff.

  • Employment applications will remain on file for one year effective the application date.  A new application must be submitted after a 12-month period to be considered for employment.

    It is the policy of The Caring Center that all company activities, facilities, and job sites are non-segregated. Separate or single-user toilet and changing facilities are provided to assure privacy.

    It is the policy of The Caring Center to ensure and maintain a working environment free of coercion, harassment, and intimidation at all job sites, and in all facilities at which employees are assigned to work. Any violation of the policy should be immediately reported to the Administrator or Office Manager.
