Where Do You Go From Here?

Every business has strengths to leverage and bottlenecks to address. While it’s tempting to try to solve everything at once, the most effective growth begins by identifying what’s really blocking progress and aligning your team around a clear starting point.

If you’re working with a leadership team, it's wisdom to have each person complete this assessment and compare results. Alignment begins with shared insight and one of your team leaders may be aware of a challenge you're unaware of.

Take note of how your lowest-rated areas may be influenced by challenges in the sections that come before them. For example, if execution feels weak, it could be due to misaligned strategy, or the wrong individuals in the wrong seats.

Each category, People and Culture - Strategy and Vision - Operational Execution - Cash Flow, impacts the others. Healthy businesses focus on strengthening these systems in a connected, intentional way.

Pay attention to the diagram below. For example, if your weakest category is Strategy and Vision, the real issue may lie in People and Culture, not having the right individuals in seat, or not spending enough time on strategic focus.
