The Chambersburg Ballet has several giving opportunities that support operations of our school and annual productions. All donations are tax deductable:
Professional Dancer Costs – $2,000
Help us bring in professional guest artists who inspire and elevate our dancers. Your support covers dancer stipends and travel expenses so our students can learn from the very best. (covers 1 guest artist)
Studio Rent – $1,263 per month
Keep the doors open and the music playing. Your support helps cover rent so our dancers always have a beautiful, welcoming space to grow.
Scholarship Fund – $1,000
Make dance accessible for all. Your gift goes directly to tuition assistance for students who otherwise could not afford to pursue their ballet education.
Stage Props – $1,000
From enchanted forests to elegant ballrooms, our performances come to life with the right stage pieces. Help us create a magical world for our dancers and audience alike.
Costume Fund: Exquisite Costume - $500
Funds a single custom-made costume! Costumes do more than dress the stage—they build confidence and bring the story to life.
Music Licensing Fees – $450
Behind every plié and pirouette is a carefully chosen piece of music. Your support ensures we can legally and ethically use beautiful music in our performances.
Healthy Snacks for Dancers – $400
Support the health and focus of our young performers with nutritious in-studio snacks that keep them energized through long rehearsals.
Printer & Supplies – $400
From rehearsal schedules to performance programs, our small but mighty office runs on a reliable printer and steady supply stock. Help us stay organized and efficient behind the scenes.
Cleaning Supplies – $300
A clean studio is a safe studio. Your gift helps us purchase the cleaning products we need to maintain a healthy environment for every dancer.
Educational Materials & Studio Library – $250
Help us build a resource-rich studio library for teachers and students alike—with books, dance history materials, and creative teaching tools that enrich every class.
Costume Fund: Single Dancer - $100
Sponsors a full costume for one dancer. Costumes do more than dress the stage—they build confidence and bring the story to life.
