HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
Shall save, keep and hold harmless Cecchini & Cecchini, Inc. dba The Urban Edge Farm, it's officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from all damages, costs, or expenses in law or equity that may at any time arise or be setup because of damages to property or personal injury, or weather, received by any reason or in the course of the Event which may be occasioned by any willful or negligent act of my business, employees, agents or assigns. In additional the vendor that Cecchini & Cecchini, Inc. .dba The Urban Edge Farm does not maintain insurance coverage covering Vendor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain such insurance. The vendor is required to have coverage for General liability in the amount of $1MM in a combined single limit. The vendor must name Cecchini & Cecchini, Inc. /The Urban Edge Farms an additional insured.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and/or abiding by all regulations pertaining to the use, production, preparation, distribution, or sale of the items or servicesthat I am providing for this event.
Please note: Vendor fee it does not have nor refundable under any circumstances, a credit may be granted, but it is not guaranteed. The fee it is $60, payable to venmo: @theurbanedge.
