                                    • Confirmation forms will be sent out approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program.
                                    • The winter program is being offered at: Preston Memorial Arena and Hespeler Arena.
                                    • Class dates:  October 14th to March 10th, 2027 
                                    • Gala Practices: March 11th to April 2nd, 2027
                                    • Skaters are required to skate at least 2 days a week.
                                    • Private Lessons & Off-Ice Classes are billed separately.
                                    • Register form is due September 15, 2026.
                                    • All skaters are required to be registered with Skate Canada before they start the Winter Program.
                                    • If form is submitted after the due date the fees will be increased by 5 %.
                                    • Once the form has been submitted their are no refunds.
                                    • Information about the 2027 Gala will be available at a later date.
                                    • To assist families through these challenging times, the Preston FSC Club has decided to suspend the Skate Ontario Promotional Fundraiser for the 2026/27 season.

                                    I, the undersigned accept full financial responsibility for this application form. I understand that there will be no refunds of deposits or due balances after the deadline dates. I agree that PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused and agree to release indemnity and save harmless the PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) from all damage or claims as a result of such accidents or loss. I agree my child / ward will abide by the rules and regulations of the PFSC, Champions Training Centre of Cambridge {KLFSS Inc} as set by the directors. Any disregard for these rules will result in the removal of the Skater from our skating program without refund of any fees paid.
