Hockey Skills Program

Entire Program:  October 8 to March 28, 2026

Arena Used:  Preston Auditorium: 1458 Hamilton Street, Cambridge, ON

Once all registration forms are received a confirmation will be sent out confirming.

Level of Skater who can participate:

• This program is has no age restrictions.

• Players should be able to skate forward and have knowledge with backwards skating.

• This is a hockey learn to skate program that teaching the fundamentals of skating.

• Players are to wear full equipment and bring their stick.

• This is a group format program.

• Parents are not allowed on the ice with skater.

Skating Sessions:  October to December 2025

• Wednesdays:  October 8th to December 17th, 2025
• Thursdays: October 9th to December 18th, 2025
• Saturdays: October 11th to December 20th, 2025

Skating Sessions: January to March 2026

• Wednesdays: January 7th to March 4th, 2026
• Thursdays: January 8th to February 26th, 2026
• Saturdays: January 17 to February 28, 2026
  No skating Saturday January 3, 10, 2026  * There are no make up days for these missed Saturdays.

Skating Locations:

•        Wednesdays & Thursdays sessions are at Preston Auditorium, rink # 2
•        Saturdays sessions are at Preston Auditoriuk, rink # 1

Gala Practice Sessions and Show:

• From March 5th to March 27th, is Gala practice. Skaters will continue to develop their skating skills. The show is on March 28, 2026.  More information to come.

If you choose to divide your payment into 4 equal payments you will receive a credit card authorization form to complete.  This will be sent to you just prior to the start of the winter program.

We ask that you return it to us the 1st day of skating.  We do not have the availability to access your credit card information via PayPal.

Additional Comments:

• Receipts for the skating will be sent out to you.
• Please make note of what you have registered for.
• The winter program is being offered at:  Preston Auditorium (1458 Hamilton Street).
• Class dates:  October 8th to March 28, 2026.
• All skaters are required to have a home club.
• Registration will remain open until program is full.
• These fees include all Membership fees.
• All skaters are required to be registered with Skate Canada before they start the Winter Program.
• Once the form has been submitted there are no refunds.
• Information about the 2026 Gala will be available at a later date.
• To continue to assist families through these challenging times, the Preston FSC Club has decided to suspend the Skate Ontario Promotional Fundraiser for the 2025/26 season.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I, the undersigned accept full financial responsibility for this application form. I understand that there will be no refunds of deposits or due balances after the deadline dates. I agree that PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused and agree to release indemnity and save harmless the PFSC, Huston, Wheeler & Wheeler Skating Schools (KLFSS Inc) from all damage or claims as a result of such accidents or loss. I agree my child / ward will abide by the rules and regulations of the PFSC, Champions Training Centre of Cambridge {KLFSS Inc} as set by the directors. Any disregard for these rules will result in the removal of the Skater from our skating program without refund of any fees paid.

Confirmation
BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
