Terms and Conditions for Issuance of CPE/CEU Credits

By submitting this form, you affirm and certify that all information provided is accurate, complete, and reflects your actual participation in the ISSA Colorado Springs (ISSA-COS) chapter event(s). You acknowledge that:

Integrity is Paramount – Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in an attempt to obtain Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or Continuing Education Units (CEU) for yourself or others constitutes an integrity violation.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse – Any attempt to manipulate or exploit this process will result in immediate disqualification from receiving credits and potential exclusion from ISSA-COS events, programs, and activities.

Consequences of Misconduct – ISSA-COS reserves the right to report any confirmed integrity violations to relevant certifying bodies or employers, which may result in further disciplinary or certification-related consequences.

Verification and Audits – Submissions may be subject to random audit or verification. Failure to provide supporting documentation upon request may result in revocation of awarded CPE/CEU credits.
